Setting of transducer parameters of constant power electric spindle
The control system of constant power spindle is an important part of the CNC engraving machine has a crucial impact on the performance of the CNC engraving machine.
First, the control system
1, the spindle system uses the stepless speed change, at present the frequency changer drives the asynchronous AC motor to realize.
2, spindle motor with two poles of high-speed brushless motor, noise is small, cutting force.
3, running speed is generally in the 0 ~ 24000r/min.
4, in order to improve the processing efficiency, large engraving opportunity is equipped with a number of spindle nose, a frequency converter to drive the work of multiple spindle motor.
Two, spindle inverter parameter settings
1, constant power electric spindle power supply system has a single phase 220V and three-phase 380V.
2, most models use single phase 220V power supply, electrical wiring mode according to the different frequency source of a given way, divided into the following two kinds, analog quantity given way and multi section speed given way
3, analog quantity given way
Frequency converter frequency source is used in the numerical control system output 0~10V analog signal, corresponding to the operating frequency of 0~650Hz. AI0/GND accept the controller output 0~10V analog signal, the voltage value and the frequency converter in the parameter settings of the frequency range corresponding to the speed.
4, multi speed given way
The multi-channel digital signal output by the controller, according to the preset combination mode of the corresponding frequency converter set running frequency, so that the best effect of carving.
